They were an hour late. I was told by the person on the phone that their cabs were non-smoking, which is good because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. What's bad is that that was total bullshit, because the driver was smoking when they arrived. Being on a time schedule I was already behind on due to their lateness, I spent my entire trip with the windows down desperately trying not to breathe in the scent of cigarettes that permeated the vehicle. And the driver made illegal turns on top of that! Absolutely dreadful.
