DO NOT shop with these folks. Paid 500.00 for a yearly service, not even 10 hours later the Seadoo sank while my son was riding it. When we pulled it up, none of the hose clamps were tightened. We brought it back to Sportsman to get it repaired and they would not stand behind their work and said it was our fault that it sank. When researching it with Seadoo, they said it was the distributorships responsibility to have all clamps tightened and that it should never have sunk on it's own. I am now having to spend another 2000.00 because they didn't dry out the inside and the electronics are corroded. I will NEVER do any business with the shop again and I tell everyone that asked me about them to NOT go there.

Bad service department. Drop off my 2005 Yamaha wave runner, 8 days later still can't find problem. I was charged 430.00 dollars for oil change & compression check. Now I have to bring it to someone that really knows how to repair a jet ski. Stay away from repairs at this shop!!

Had a Fj1100 few years back. Got a hold of some bad gas, didnt (at the time) know what to do. Brought it there, spent 450+ on a "re-jet/sync/clean job that they kept for over a week until i calles Art and told him to stop. They wanted me to take off yhe cz carbs and buy stock ones cause they "couldnt dial it in". Nowadays i know the value of the carbs i had and realize that their mechanic obviously wanted my racing carbs and knew i didnt know what i had. Morale of the story , 450 dollars spent and took possesion of my bike still not running. I helped raise these peoples kids, too. Literally. Today, i have been trying to locate a turn signal for my bike and for over the last hour - i have gotten a busy signal. A BUSY SIGNAL. At a motorcycle dealership- at that. I dont know any other place of business anywhere that isnt capable of taking a phone call. Even if i have to hold. I habent heard a busy signal in years!! Lol. I had to laugh.

This shop is a very friendly and convenient location! I can always get help from the guys in service or that nice lady in parts! They have a very knowledgeable sales staff on everything I may need from a screw on a fender to a brand new 2 wheel, 4 wheel or on water machine! This shop helps me out enough to where I don't need to go out of town for anything! People who shop out of town and bad for the cities economy! If the difference is only a few hundred I will stay in town. They are never "Thousands" of dollar different like these down the bayou people tell me! So try to stay local and it will pay in the long run. When you buy in town you won't have to travel back hundreds of miles to get your machine worked on. I'm a firm believer you pay for the best service not the good product!

This is a great mom and pop dealership. At this dealership the owner actually puts his hands on ur unit and willingly will explain anything that u could possible ask about the subject matter. this shop does what i can to get u the color and accessories to please ur sale even if its not in there inventory. if ur a frequent customer the employees are quick to remember ur name and even take the time to chat when they can and make u feel at home with there friendly service and educated responce to ur visit. Its great to be able to go down the road from ur home and order what parts or accessories u may need rather than travel down road with fuel the price that it is hopeing ur one trip gets it all. I had a great experience at sportsman cycle and plan to shop there as long as them there doors stay open....avorite, or highly recommended because

I don't understand why some people do not like this dealer. It must be that yall can't afford the toys you have. This dealer is always super friendly to me because I never once complained about price or said I can get it cheaper on the internet. If I have a problem I can call Art In service, Cheryl in parts or Dustin in sales. I adore this dealership and I don't know what the people in this town would do without Sportsman's Cycle and Marine. This is the only dealer I can always get in touch with!

I have shopped with this dealership for the past 5 years and it has been the best. They all know me by a first and last name bases. I walk in and the salesman greets me at the door when I walk in. They always work with me on everything I buy and get serviced. I'd sugest Sportsman's Cycle and Marine over Cycle World in Houma or Honda of Lafayette!

Bad service, high prices and not very friendly. Use others if possible for parts and service. Sells-you can get it cheaper any where else you check.

I was charged for labor and parts 4 times before I took my product somewhere else. They would not give me any money back. The shop I took my SeaDo to fixed it for a fraction of the cost, and did it in 1 day. It was at Sportsman Cycle for a complete Summer.. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
