Provided by YP.comWe've been long time customers of King's Cleaners and were extremely happy with their service until about a year ago. We started missing clothes (eventually they would find them...) and/or we got others clothes mixed in with ours. There have been several times when I will look over the clothes as I am picking them up and I'll say that isn't our shirt only to be asked "are you sure?". I'll reply that I'm sure yet they act as if I really don't know my clothes and they really want me to take it anyway. No Thanks!! That has happened too many times. There have been at least 4-5 occasions that I will find when I am home putting clothes away and find clothes that don't belong to us. Sometimes it will take me a day to several days before I can stop by the cleaners and drop them off. The owners are unimpressed and don't seem upset or concerned that they mistakenly gave us someone's clothes. That really concerns me - what were the other customers thinking that didn't get their clothes because they were placed in my order?!? Just recently I went in two days after my order was to be ready and found that a blouse was still hanging on the back rack to be ironed. The owner tried to tell me the material was supposed to look wrinkled! He seemed desperate for me to take it as it was - tried to tell me I was wrong!! That did it! I left angry and told them to finish the order and I would come back another day. Well, I am picking up my clothes and am now going to try other local cleaners and hope for better service where I can be sure I'm not missing clothes and/or getting someone's clothes. It's a shame that this great service has gone so terribly wrong and the owners seem completely unconcerned. I have been in their establishment when other customers are there complaining about clothes not being ready when promised and/or they can' locate a customers clothes - very sad reactions on the part of the owners. The economy isn't doing well, yet they don't seem phased by poor service and their customer responses. Time to move on - what a shame.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst customer service and experience with dry cleaning I'v ever had. Dont waist your time or money and trust me dont go to this place. I just moved to the area from san jose and had to find a new dry cleaners. I brought my department uniform shirt there that I recently bought which cost about $80.00, It needed a military press and cleaning. I picked up the shirt the next day. First, the shop lost the pants of the woman in front of me (I should of taken that as a warning) second, I was a little shocked by the price being $6.00 for a single shirt. But none the less i grabbed the uniform and took off. The next day while getting ready for work i took the uniform out of the bag and on the back was what appeared to be a bleach/or stain. I called the shop and asked to meet with the manager. The manager told me to meet him at 12:00pm. I showed up at 12:00pm and he was not there. I was told to come back after five that day and that the owner would call me.
At about 4:00pm I talked with the owner. The owner was rude, inconsiderate, and yelling at me while talking to her on the phone she proceeded to inform me that she was not going to fix the problem, that it was not thier fault and that I dont have to come back. So they ruined a shirt and brushed it off and were not willing to accept responsibility and/or attempt to fix the problem.
HORIBLE!!!!!
