This is one top notch operation! I was considering managing my property myself. Initially, I needed to make the property ready to rent. Prospectors contacted some of the vendors they use routinely. The work was completed in a little over a week and cost $2,000 less than the estimates I had obtained - immediate savings! I thought the property was going to rent for about $1,400. Prospector's got $1,595 - $195/mo. higher rent which more than paid for their monthly management services. I was planning on hiring a gardner for $100 a month. Prospector's found a tenant that wanted to fix up/maintain the yard - another $100 per month savings. On top of this I am receiving excellent service 24/7. Bottom line - Prospectors Property Management pays! Thank you Prospectors!

Super service! I have rented several places and have found that Prospectors is the most professional company I have worked with. I rented a home for 2 years and found their staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were very honest with me at my move out and I was able to get my full deposit back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, WORSE EMPLOYEES!!! Should have known during the application process that this experience wasn't going to be good. Took a couple weeks, several phone calls and emails to get through the rental process simply because the manager didn't fully read through what we had given her and she kept asking for information previously submitted.1st day of rental: Enter house to find closets had clothes, tons of personal items, trash and holes in the walls.Property company REFUSES to go see the state of the house and won't listen to anything over the phone. We don't even have working keys to the home!!! Property manager speaks over you and argues over items that she hasn't even seen since she is "too busy" to go see the home SHE IS RENTING! Company failed to do their due diligence by reviewing property's habitability by checking out the house before renting.Although they have got cleaning crews in, the situation has been handled horribly by the staff. DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!
