DO NOT GO! SHODDY WORK

Went in at the beginning of february and had Viktor tint the rear windows of my car. Picked it up later that evening and it had a few bubbles (all windows had bubbles) but they assured me that with my "Lifetime Warranty" they would take care of them, they requested that i pay in cash so they don't have to charge tax (should have been the first red flag). They told me to wait about a month and the bubbles would disappear. And most of them did, but there were several long hairs and larger bubbles that remained.

I called and asked when i should bring the car back to have them fix the bubbles and they said any time. So i showed up on a thursday at about 1pm and Arturo took a look at the windows. He said that they were too busy to take care of them that day but to come back a week later at 10am and he would take care of it.

Flash forward to a week later, 10am, i drop the car off as Arturo explains that he's going to need to remove the whole back window to fix the several long hairs that are stuck there. No problem. I arrive at about 4pm to pick up my car and there are STILL hairs in the back windows, bubbles on the side windows, and now theres scratches on the exterior of the widows and a chip on the door paint.

I go inside and talk to Viktor who tells me theres nothing he can do about the bubbles or hairs, that some things just are the way they are. I ask him about my lifetime warranty and he says that it doesn't cover the installation or the bubbles, just lightening of the tint itself. Viktor tells me theres nothing more he can do and its no longer his problem, that Arturo went out of his way to help me and MY problem. I asked to speak to his manager and he says that guy over there is the boss (Great customer service there Vik).

So I go over and introduce myself to Moe and explain the situation and my confusion over what a lifetime warranty entails if not the product itself. I point it all out to Moe at my car and he says he'll get someone to fix it (thought Viktor said it was unfixable?) . Then my dad points out the chip on the door and Moe goes full defensive, stating that the chip was there before...we point out the sharp edges of the chip that its recent, then he says the chip has been painted over...thats weird since i bought the car new and no ones done any body work on it. By this time we are joined by a guy wearing a Google employee badge, no reason for him to be there but whatever. Moe says he owns a body shop so we ask him if he intends on fixing it, he says he will fix the tint (which they have now done wrong TWICE) but not the chip. So we told him we will take him to small claims court over the body work. Moe tells us to leave his lot or he'll "call a trespass", Moe and the Googler are just standing there forbiddingly and yelling at us to get off their property.

I'll upload pictures of the scratches and sh*tty tint job. Don't waste your money at this Pot Lot.
