When i was looking around for a storage, Daniel was very kind and welcoming. He went over everything i needed to know, showed me around and had me in and out very fast. I have been with them for a while now and so far i have no complaints!

Daniel was very professional, explained what I needed to know, showed me a convenient and clean storage facility and got me signed up and on my way fast. Thank you Daniel. I tried to rate the stars in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but this site just won't let me give any star ratign--Five Stars for Silicon Valley Storage.

I went to my storage units Saturday, February 6, to get some stuff. The security gate was jammed open, the office is empty and abandoned with a sign on the door "This property is now owned by the bank" (or something like that), the kiosk has been ripped out of the wall and the security cameras are all gone. Thank goodness the electricity is still on, but who knows for how long? I called the Morgan Hill Police and they didn't know anything about it, but the investigating officer told me to get my stuff out while I could - so I did. I'm gone, but I feel so sorry for folks who still have stuff stored there - with nobody to notify them. If "Silicon Valley Storage Solutions" has really flown the coop (which is what it certainly looks like), the un-named bank may not even be able to figure out who the folks are who have stuff stored there.

I have been a customer for almost a decade. Since the new owners took over last year, it's all gone down hill. The place looks like a total dump. The staff is NEVER around. Their 24 hour kiosk has been broken and "waiting for parts" for over 8 months so paying a bill is almost IMPOSSIBLE. I am VERY disappointed with their service. They were great when they were called "Overland Storage". What happen? I am looking for other places because I cannot EVER pay my bill. When you try and mail it, you have no promise it's on time since mail isn't 100% reliable. The 24 kiosk was PERFECT until it broke down. Twice I have mailed my payment ON TIME and they would say they didn't receive it and charge me a late fee. Then, when I try to take days off work to talk to them in person THEY ARE NEVER THERE. And this is DURING business hours!! I am loosing my patience and I am sure no one else wants to go through this. So I would NOT recomment this place to ANYONE.
