It provides boneless and skinless chicken breasts, thighs and legs, as well as tenders and drumsticks to retail outlets. Case Farms also offers several ready-to-cook breaded items, such as chicken strips, tenders, and party and boneless wings. Additionally, the company exports a variety of poultry products to clients worldwide. The company s quality assurance department has an internal Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program and conducts more than 4,000 internal quality checks per week.
