Located in Morganton, N.C., Oak Hill Fire & Rescue is responsible for providing fire safety, rescue and prevention services. Its special response unit maintains a fleet of all terrain vehicles and trailers. Oak Hill Fire & Rescue also offers training in the areas of fire prevention, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and emergency search and rescue. The fire department responds to a variety of emergency situations, including medical, extrication, hazardous material and various types of fires. Additionally, Oak Hill Fire & Rescue offers emergency medical response training to staff members.
