Both Mr. Hensley and his new associate, Mr. Brown, seem to refuse to listen to their patients. My mother and I both have a severe metal allergy, which gets to be an issue with dental work fairly quickly. This detail was clearly stated on our initial paperwork and discussed with him at the time of a procedure, yet was still ignored. I wound up replacing fillings that I had severe allergic reactions to. My mother had a partial made at this office; again, the metal allergy was discussed in detail, but was again ignored. Even with her dental insurance, her half of this procedure was $800. Her partial was made full of metal, so of course she can't wear it. Dr. Hensley flatly refused to redo the partial. This man could have killed the both of us by blatantly ignoring information that we told both him and his staff as plain as words could speak. Both dentists in this office need to have their licenses completely revoked.
