I have bought at least 3 pairs of shoes for myself from this store in the last year. Luckily, 2 of these pair of shoes were wonderful and I am still enjoying them.

However, I bought a pair of New Balance shoes 4 days ago. They felt fine for the 2 minutes in the store, but after wearing them (inside only) for 2 days, my feet were throbbing

Unlike higher end stores, this store would not take them back for exchange despite NO wear and tear at all.

I will not be back.
