Visited the Morganton location and was treated with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went on wing night and they did not have wings on the buffet for close to 45 minutes. Places get busy things happen no big deal. Politely asked for a refund and was told no. I was more than reasonable and even said I would be happy with half my money refunded since I did eat a salad and had a drink. Again was told no and was dismissed as if my issue was not a concern. I will not return and will spread the word of my poor experience. All this could have been prevented with some half decent customer service and management skills and what would have amounted to about a 5 dollar refund.
