We just purchased a home on a septic. We had NO CLUE about what to do with it.. I called several companies to inquire about service and maintenance. Owens was by FAR the most knowledgeable, honest, and the nicest guys came to pump our tank. I believe the owner was one of the guys in the truck! Very knowledgeable! Very clean looking, the truck was very clean which shocked me!!! I just couldn't believe the overall cleanliness of this company! The lady in the office, I think Jody is whom I talked to, Super nice! I called around 9am and they were there around 12:30, needless to say they were very prompt!! They habe a customer for life! I told my brother and sister in law to call them because they were needing service. They had a wonderful experience also!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are having an issue with septic system. Water coming up from the D box, not going into the fingers. I called this company and spoke with the wife, nice enough. Husband shows up about an hour later, already pulling his hoses off the truck before I could even get of of the house. I explained the problem and he says we need an excavator, completely uninterested in solving the problem I had called them for. He said it had been 3 years since we had pumped, we needed it done anyway. After 20 mins, he hands me a bill for $300. NEVER ONCE quoted me a price. I said that I would never use them again. He replied that he didn't need our business. I called back and spoke to his wife. She pretended at first not to remember me. Then she pretended that I never described the problem as being the D box and that all they do is pump septic. Why would I call them to come out if that isn't my problem at all? She said that I must be mad at myself and hung up on me.
