I'd give the place negative stars if that were possible. Had my oil changed here. The next day I get billowing white smoke from my exhaust. I had the have the car towed to a mechanic, where I was told the the car was drastically overfilled with oil. The mechanic said they had not drained the old oil before adding new oil. I should've noticed that their service said "Add up to five quarts of oil." and never mentioned anything about draining out the old oil. I paid $60 for adding the oil. And another $105 to have it drained, oil cleaned from places where it wasn't supposed to be, and another oil change. Ace Quick Lube denied any responsibility. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. No coupon. Nothing. Worst customer service ever. I will never take my car here again.
