I went to this place initially because I had a wheel sieze onto the hub and just wanted it broke free. Alvin-the owner-says well we can put the rotors and pads on for you and it should take about an hour. Since I already had the parts this sounded reasonable to me. I asked what their hourly rate was and he said $77 an hour. So this also sounded fine to me. We were at this place for a total of 1 and 1/2 hours from the time I got there until I left. Needles to say I was ripped off. I get the bill and its $254. I said how did you arrive at this amount. The girl said you needed new lug nuts. I said how much are those? She said 6 or 7 each. I said well 77 plus 40 doesnt equal 254. She goes to another room and returns and said well Alvin said the book says we can charge 2 1/2 hours. I said he TOLD me it would take an hour I havent been here 2 1/2 hours, I wouldnt have agreed to this. He wouldnt even come out of the backroom to confront me. He had his lacky run back and forth telling me this. Then on top of that they wanted to charge me 10 more dollars to use my debit card. Im making it my mission to let everyone know this place is a rip off. Conman. Save your money and go to someone reputable. Im reporting this to the BBB as well. My satisfaction will be to spread the truth about how this guy operates. I talked to the girlfriend of an ex empmoyee in the parking lot whose boyfriend was told he would get $40 per car he detailed. She claimed they paid him $10 per car and wont pay him the rest. She had no reason to lie to me. Do you really want someone this shady touching your vehicle?
