"I guess you can't have it your way at Burger King in Morgantown"

Visited this Burger King on 2-2-16 while traveling to town for a familiar members death. I went through the the drive through and ordered a #9 (tendercrips with cheese bacon) I asked for no Lettuce or tomato. Then asked if they could ketchup. I was given a sandwich with ketchup and mayonnaise.

I noticed this mistake, double checked my receipt to make sure I was charged for the cheese and bacon (which I was).

I parked and went in to explain for the second time what I wanted. The same individual who took my order tried to explain I didn't order the sandwich that came with cheese and bacon. I said, funny because that's not what you rang up. She said rudely, do you just want me to add cheese and bacon. I said yes please. The staff here continued to express that I ordered a sandwich with only condiments.

Overall a horrible experience on a day when I didn't need added stress!

birthday parties

I think it really sucks that you are not doing parties anymore. Do you think this will help your company make more money? I don't!! I have been to alot of birthday parties there and it would be nice to have my daughter's party there! I guess i will take my money somewhere else that wants to make money. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

Was there on 8-26-08 and the service was bad I mean really bad, there was no ice or catsup in the machine and the serviers didn't care. We waited a total of 20 minutes for my grandson happy meal and the sandwiche I got wasn't what I wanted was told there was nothing they could do about it, I had to pay for another sandwiche. If wasn't for my grandson I would never go to this place, he loves the toys and the inside play area. There was 4 workers up front and two in the kitchen and only 2 people in line. The person in front of me wanted the steak sandwiche and was told they were out?? This was a new sandwiche???? The manager didn't care either. What is wrong with this place?? This was around 1;30 in the afternoon. This was the second time I got this kind of service. Please someone check this out this store has to be losing business. Been to other Burger Kings and never had this problem.
