Provided by YP.comWe had taken our car here for service and they charged us over $1,600 dollars. We got the car back nothing was fixed and it's making other noises and doing things it never did in the past. I strongly recommend not buying a car or having it serviced here.

Provided by YP.com10 out of 10 in sales experience. Just bought a new Escape and traded in a high-value vehicle. They were very respectable in their trade-in offer and were willing to work with me in a friendly yet business-like fashion through the negotiations.
As a business woman making a major purchase on her own, they treated me with great respect and never talked down to me or tried to pull one over on me at any point in the process. I have found this to be rare in the auto-buying world.
Daniel M. and Jerad were both great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others. I am hopeful that the sales experience will continue into the service experience.

I manage a small fleet of 27 mostly Ford trucks and SUVs. This service department is consistently incompetent and incapable. I pulled my service contracts with them several years ago due to severe quality issues. Every year I have to send at least two trucks there for something very Ford specific and they manage to screw it up or make it exceedingly painful. I have nothing good to say about this place. One time they called me to pick up a truck and forgot to reconnect something associated with the turbo, causing the truck to blow black smoke from under the hood and it couldn't make it out of the parking lot. Then, they had the gull to be curt with me about it. Another time, I took a truck in to have the universal joint replaced. They had me pick it up and showed me their paper saying all this stuff was done to it only to discover, nothing had been done and it could still only be moved in 4WD. Don't even try and get a key replacement. It's more painful than dealing with the DMV, a couple 100 yards away.
