Provided by YPmobileArrogant, poor service. Tree weeks to do a three day job and they messed it up. Parts fell off the car the second time it was driven and they refused to accept responsibility. AVOID!!!

Provided by YP.comthe insurance co. declined my claim in the middle of getting my car fixed, dan went out of his way to finsh my vehicle and for a great price, they have never done me wrong and I will always get my work done there, everyone was very courteous and the car was done when they said it would be..people have to understand sometimes the insurance companys are at fault..there hands are tied..

Provided by YP.comSo the insurance estimate paper allowed for this place to have my car 8 days- They had it 17 days, and had the audacity to think I was unreasonable for being a little peeved at their slowness, rudeness, & lack of ability to say when it would really be done. I won't ever go there again.

Provided by YP.comAlthough the work they do is acceptable, you are only a number here and only considered important if you "know" someone. I've been loyal to this place for years but today when the receptionist was extremely rude and I called back to complain to the manager, he defended her saying they are "busy with so many other cars than you, and I'm sure it was a misunderstanding." I don't care how busy you are, it's not an excuse for rudeness. I will not support a business that makes excuses for it.

Provided by YP.comNever go here. I went because I had problems with my window falling down and they charted me $90 to pull it up and tape it closed with clear packing tape... needless to say that didn't hold. A friend of mine who didn't listen to me went to them who was charged $1000 for some brake work which another Good Year quoted him as being $450 worth of work: he had to call the company franchise managers to get a refund.

Provided by YP.comI went in yesterday to get snow tires put on my car. They told me several people were ahead of me. I asked them for the next appointment. They gave me an afernoon hour the next day. I showed up 13 minutes early. One clerk at the front was going over pricing with a customer. The other was talking about hunting to a guy on the phone annd this lasted for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes he hung up with his hunting buddy and asked me what he could do. I told him about the appointment. He asked for information and the keys. 30 minutes later my car was pulled into the garage (remember, I had a reserved appointment) after an additional 15 minutes, nobody was working on my car. I was there exactly one hour and nobody had begun to change the tires. I finally told them i had to go. They pulled my car out of the garage and gave me the keys, never saying a word. I drove off. I will never go back. Too many tire places in town. By the way, there were about 5 cars on the racks and nobody was working on them. These guys need a lesson in customer service. They thought I should be the one who waits, even though I had a reserved time. My car should have been pulled in immediately and worked on. They didn't think so.
