Had leaking faucet changed by maintenance which rendered my Portable Dishwasher and PUR Water filter unusable. These guys set me up with adapters in less than 5 minutes. Everything works perfectly, now!

Had an appt for 8am, the first one of the day. 830am my husband calls and they say they're coming, that we're the first appt. 930am rolls around and no one has shown up or called. I call to tell them to not bother and I'll find someone else. They then proceed to call my husband back and say that they had called him and left 2 voicemails. My husband doesn't even have a voicemail set up and it clearly says that when you call so obviously it was a blatant lie. I had heard good things but they blew that right out the window.

Called Hughart's for a clogged pipe. They showed up 90 minutes late without a call after I had taken a 1/2 day off of work to meet them. They used a plunger and a snake (the same things I had already done) without success. They then said the next step was to cut into the ceiling downstairs to expose the pipe so they could get to the pipe, except they wouldn't do that. They wanted me to cut the drywall out. I was not going to do that, nor do I have the equipment, that's what I was paying them for. Long story short, I paid $87.80 for them show up late and to tell me to call another plumber. Terrible experience!
