We left the property in better condition than it was when we moved in. We even hired the woman Metro Properties recommended to make sure the property was cleaned to their standard. Only received a portion of security deposit back. Amount was reduced because a wall was dirty and there was a stain on the linoleum, which was identified on the move in inspection sheet. Also, deducted because there was a burned out light bulb. No recourse against this company. There's a long list of complaint and lawsuits against them.
