This has been a favorite restaurant of mine for quite some time. However, on my most recent visit, the customer service was the worst I have ever seen at any restaurant. The kitchen made an error on our order and then chaos ensued. First the kitchen was heard yelling at our waitress about how he made it right and to go back and double check. Then, a new dish was brought out to the table and we were informed that since we had eaten out of both, that they were going to be charging us for both meals. I promptly returned the new, correct dish to the manager and told him that I would not be eating if they were going to charge me for their mistake. I have never seen customer service like this. Typically, when an error is made on a customer's food, the restaurant is apologetic and willing to fix the mistake at no charge to the customer. I didn't want a free meal. I just wanted my food to be right and they had the nerve to tell me that I would have to pay for their mistake.

Excellent food, and the staff are all awesome!

Your meal might take a little longer but it's worth the wait for great homemade Italian food!
