Ten yrs of acrylic nails and I had the most painful experience at Suncrest Nails by a male tech phouang-doan. He put the tips on with glue as is procedure but ddnt loosen sides of skin that had stuck. The acrylic powder was applied too thickly and overlapped sides of my skin slightly so that when he began filing with the Emery board he had to use an uncomfortable amt of force to dig and pull apart my skin from the acrylic and was very painful. He handled my fingers and hands roughly, filed quickly causing more pain and brush burns on sides of my nails. When he used the dremel tool he got too close to a few of my cuticles causing brush burn pain then continued to dig at my skin at sides of my nails to loosen them from acrylic. When I told him he was hurting me he ridiculed me by asking if I was dying (he later said he was just teasing)



He argued with me when I asked if he could shorten them more, when I asked him to slow down and not be so rough. When I explained I had others in that salon do my nails prior and had no pain and how just four months ago I was doing nails for The Mouse in FL so I knew what I was talking about, he argued. Manager was nice but no help. Tried to explain how much time he took with me, complimented me on my tattoo to distract me and still charged full price of $50! What poor service. To top it off, I had to try my best to file them skinnier n shorter cuz they were too wide and long.



Iv gone there many times in past n had a good experience however it appears their main focus is on quantity of ppl they can move thru the doors and not on quality and stellar service. The Mouse would have fired them and I would have gotten my nails for free or at least half price.

Always go here to get a shellac manicure, and it looks great and lasts a long time! Never had any problems here before.

Worst nail experince I have EVER had!! I asked for a full seet of nails and they gave me a french manicure but charged me for a full set. I told them what I wanted done, but they would not do it! They also cut me!

Consistently good service. I have been to other salons in Morgantown and have usually been disappointed. I can go to Suncrest and be confident that the time and money spent is worth it.

I was shopping at Suncrest Town Centre recently and thought I would try this nail salon. Big, big mistake. I had to wait a half hour which was not a problem. However, when I finally sat down for a pedicure I watched the woman (dyed black hair) who was going to do my nails "wash" her utensils. All she did was rinse them under the faucet. She did not use any soap, bleach or disinfectant. When she returned I commented on this and she said "she had washed them with the blue stuff." Well that's funny because no "blue stuff" came near those utensils, NONE!! After this exchange she had a serious attitude problem! Not to mention that she cut my nails at an angle, would not file the top of my big toenail when asked, and did a very poor job putting the polish on! My nails are already chipping and it has only been four days! There are plenty of other nail salons in Morgantown that cost the same, will do what you ask with a smile and whose work does not start chipping after four days. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I had an awful experience at this place. The lady talked on the phone the whole time she was working on me. She used the tools way too long on my nails and burned me plus filled down the fake nail too much so you could clearly see the line between that and my real nail. They air brushed on my french, which is what i usually get, and there are spots that didn't get covered and the paint is cracked all ready. After all of this they charged me more than what I was told on the phone. I won't even let them fix my nails, I'd rather pay and get them done somewhere else. Will never go back.

Only place in town where I will get my nails done. VERY detailed and do a great job!
