If there is less than a star, I will give it to them. I just wanted to change the k-frame for my car. They told me that the labor cost is 260$ and it will take 4 hrs as actual work time. They also told me that it will take one day to be ready for picking up. I bought the parts and left the car with them.

The result was a big shock. They spent one week working on it. They asked me to pay 726$ instead of 260$ because they said it took 12 hrs work time. They did not fix it perfectly. However, after a long negotiation, I paid for them 550$. They refuse to fix it again and they dealt with me very badly. Then, I took it to another mechanic to fix it.

I think they were not serious and they were just careless when they gave me the estimate cost (260$), they are not professional and they are just learners. They do not know even how to do tire alignment. I do not advise any one go to them. And I will not go back to them for over.

Overpriced labor, were 2 /12 hours late on my appointment time and made me come back the next day. Went out of their way to make a horrible customer experience. Rude.

I have used tire land twice now, and these guys are great. They just provide no fuss, good service. They were very clear about what they were going to do, answered all the questions I asked, and kept me up-to-date on their progress. I kind of love the waiting area, too. It's certainly not fancy as I saw a reviewer elsewhere complain. (Hello, dude. The place is called Tire Land. What sort of luxury were you expecting?) There's free coffee and a lot of interesting memorabilia on the walls. Plus there are usually a couple of old guys sitting around talking about Morgantown in the old days and what the WVU football team looks like this year. I will definitely go back in the future.

I went in for mounting/balance and alignment on my car. They were very nice/professional guys all around, gave me all paperwork for my records, and charged a very reasonable price for service (half of what my Volvo dealer charges). The estimates were exactly what I was charged. My roommate has had equally great experiences with them after his Subaru needed a tire repaired.

way to much $ they tried to charge my girlfriend for stuff she DID not mean. not good business

They tighten my bolts to such an excessive level that when I did get a flat I was stranded and had to have the car towed to a location so they could WELD the nuts and bolts off. When I asked for reimbursement for their carelessness I was cussed at, called a liar, and denied even working on my car. I am speaking to an attorney for damages. This is the worst and most highly priced place in Morgantown. Avoid at all costs.
