My 10 year old granddaughter was taken there and asked for SNS nails. After a week or so, she complained that her nails hurt. I told her that SNS was totally healthy and it couldn’t be hurting her. When I took her to my salon to have them removed....I was informed that they had put ACRYLIC nails on a child!!! Totally wrong! I will definitely spread the word!

After a week i got my acrylics filled they are lifting from the nail bed!

I got lots of good recommendations to go here but I was dissatisfied. I called ahead to see if they were busy and the man who answered the phone was very happy and said "Come right away, we are not busy and would love to take care of you!" When I got there, they had EIGHT ladies going but I didn't have to wait at all, which I really liked. My nail tech was "Christine" and I felt like she was too rough and was rushing me along. She rushed me to pick my color out, nearly beat my feet to a pulp and every time I started to relax she would heckle me to upsell her services. Her english wasn't very good either, so I kept feeling hesitant to say yes to anything, not knowing if I was committing to having another service! I came for a pedicure, she talked me into adding a manicure. The whole time she was doing my nails, she heckled me to have my eye brows done. In addition to that, I keep my nails rounded in shape and her idea of "shaping" was just filing the tops off straight. Last but not least, she clipped one of my cuticles too far and when it was bleeding and bleeding, she said, "Oh sorry, you just have really delicate hands." No, lady, you cut my stinkin' finger! I think I would have been pleased 100% if I'd had a different tech. She even said she was new to the business there so I'm not sure if she's gotten into the swing of things. It is a nice clean, relaxing place that didn't have a terrible chemical smell and didn't have a loud blaring TV!

Service was great. Gel polish lasted over 3 weeks without chipping. I went to a more expensive salon after them and regretted it. The polish chipped almost immediately. They provide good service and good product for a good price.

Made it very confusing, hard to understand and pushy rude. My daughter use to go there last school year and is familiar with this salon. She had her nails done on Friday and by Sunday the color chipped completely off her toes. I think they took advantage of her and overcharged as well!

I discovered Top Nails when I moved to Morgantown two years ago. I haven't had a reason to go anywhere else. The people are professional, polite and give top notch service. They are also honest. I accidentally left my wedding ring after a manicure and it was there waiting for me the next day. They know your name and let you be yourself. If you want to sit and read a book, they let you. If you want to talk about your kids, work or the soccer match, they let you. My only complaint is that it is almost too popular - word has gotten around about how great it is. Luckily, they run another place in town too which allows you to get the same great service. Prices are reasonable and place is clean. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. You will be glad you did.
