Do not use Mitchell. He is horrific. He treats everyone like a drug seeker.

He does not listen, he does not hear what you say. NO BEDSIDE MANNER WHATSOEVER

This rating is for the Suncrest facility on Van Voorhis Road

It's ALL about the bottom line here (dollar). I have waited up to one and a half hours PAST my appointment. time. The least I've waited was 30 min. Never any apology. The doctors seem VERY 'rushed' and do not spend enough time with their patients. Oh, and they require you to pay 'before' you see a doctor. Never heard of that one before. The staff seems very 'down'.... I wonder why?

1. Please find 'any other service' other than W.F.P. Inc. to receive your primary care. The only good thing I can say is that the doctors are courteous.

2. The doctors are run ragged and spend the least amount of time possible with patients. This facility is run by a board, who obviously has no regard for excellence in patient care! In fact, the only real 'care' at Wedgewood is that you pay 'up front' before you even see a doctor. Really?

3. When you are scheduled for an appointment, expect to sit at least 45 min. to an hour or so past your app. time!! You can wait for up to 2 hours before you are seen (2 hours was the longest). You can really tell that the staff does not want to be there. Not a happy face anywhere to be found.

4. My only wish.... I wish the board members the same treatment when they go to their primary care facility as they mandate for Wedgewood!

If I could I would rate this place a -5. You would recieve better care from a veternarian. My friend was charged $100 plus his insurace to have his blood pressure checked and receive a prescription for Aleve. He has arthritis in his shoulders and neck and was in severe pain.He also needed a referral for a orthopedic doctor and has now waited a week to find they have not done so. Their patient care is poor at best. Follow up care is nonexistant. I would not refer my DEAD dog to them.
