Provided by YPmobileThe sales manager first contacted me. He was extremely professional and very nice. We set up a Zoom call. I wanted a ballpark figure to get an idea. He was able to help me with that over the phone. It was a bit more at first than I thought, but still much less than Anderson. We had a great conversation. He never pressured me. I would recognize any sales tactics that were poor as I have again been in Sales over 30 years. So far so good. He put the owner on the zoom call with us. The owner was so good. I mean so so good. His demeanor was as patient and honest as it could be. He helped us on selection and pricing to really make us feel good about my moving forward. With a slight bit of back and forth, I could not see myself even thinking of calling any other companies. Shlome the owner flat out sold me on himself and his company and why I should go with them. I cannot say enough good things about how they handled us. This was such a breath of fresh air because trying to find a good and honest company to do business with in the Midwest can be very challenging. Shlome had the knowledge, patience, professionalism without any high pressure or poor sales techniques. He showed me pictures and even what he did in his own home. All on zoom. Took all the time we needed and was just so down to earth. Their product had a lifetime warranty. They looked very nice from what we saw and heard. I was very close to doing this deal and truly wanted WeatherGard to be the one. My wife and I made the drive to meet Shlome at his headquarters in Oak Park. He had a mask on when we arrived. It was the weekend and he met us there and again took all the time we needed face to face. We looked in the showroom and I sat down with Shlome and told him what we wanted. We have decided we wanted all the doors and windows for our 5,000 sq. foot home to be white on the inside and black on the outside. My office I wanted wood grain to match the woodwork. He showed me their wood grain finish. Not a laminate or sticker, but more of a dip. Super look. Not cheap at all. We sealed the deal and I wrote the check for partial down. It would take some time to get the job ready for install. We left happy. We felt relieved with WeatherGard and excited. We loved how the windows had more than just 1 seal. My wife did not want bugs or air coming in and with their windows we see that is not going to happen. All Cardinal glass. My job is ready for install. Chris, his brother on his crew Todd and Joe all showed up. My lord. My lord. Oh my lord. These guys are not real. This can’t be true. They are so good! They are so professional. Yes they had masks on and they covered things in our home, used drop cloths everywhere and cardboard to walk on so not to damage our floors. They cleaned up after themselves. They never got annoyed with me watching them or asking a million questions. They used so much insulation which was my big thing. They made sure every window and door went in level and perfect and with all the foam and insulation they could possibly fit. They did not rush. I’m telling anyone who is reading this, that this has been one of, if not the best experience of home re-mod I have ever had in my life. They were here 4 days in total. They trimmed everything so darn beautiful inside and out. I told them that as good as the product looked in the showroom that I felt it actually looked better installed in my home. I could not be happier. I tipped all 3 installers $200 each. I was not sure how much to tip them. I always like to tip workers when they are good and work hard and handle me with care. I just felt $50 or $100 would have been in insult. I don’t think they even expected it, but for me it’s just how I am. They were so gracious and so appreciative of my tip. As crazy as this sounds, I am sorry to see this crew leave and feel like this experience was so good that I did not want it to come to an end. Well done WeatherGard!!!!

Provided by YP.comSo I'm calling window and construction companies to come out and replace a single leaking window in my house. So far Wallside said they would be right out on Wednesday morning to give me and estimate and Weathe Guard said a single window is not "worth their time". I want everyone of my facebook friends not to call Weather Guard for anything. Okay Weather Guard go ahead and pick and choose your customers and see how big your company grows

Provided by YP.comI have to say, Weathergard did it top notch from beginning to end. The gentleman who came to give me an estimate, I believe his name was Tony, was amazing. He was very honest with about everything. Answered every question. Didnt leave me feeling like I do at a car mechanic shop. He was honest about the price, quality, and installation. He even offered the opportunity to see the warehouse where the windows were made. I thought he was bluffing, so I called him on it. I personally went through the warehouse and was very impressed. The windows werestronger than the other companies that came to my house. (I had 5 estimates from competitors) Prices were certainly comparable, a little better than most, but the quality was much better. Seeing the windows being built sold me.
The installers had the whole house complete in 1 day (23 windows, 2 storm doors). The second day they came back to caulk the outside and trim it up. The windows look great, the efficiency in my home is another story.
So, I have a large master bathroom with a coved ceiling. Since I moved in and before weathergard windows were installed, I havent had the luxury of seeing the steam fog up the mirror. I never thought I would miss that. Frankly, I dont miss that, but what I realized, is the steam keeps the bathroom warm. I can honestly say that the windows have already proved to be way more efficient for me because I was able to see the steam and fog on the window. Didn't realize I was losing so much heat/air through my old windows.
I love the look, the temp in my home is better, the salesperson was very informative and patient with me while I shopped around, and the installers were great. No problems.

Provided by YP.comExcellent window, service and installation.
Had mine since 2006. two years ago one (of the 36) large panes got a broken seal (fogged up). I called Weathergard Window, they knew my account from my phone call, came out in a week, measured and 3 weeks later put a new pane in. I knew the windows would be great. I only hoped the service would be, and it was.

Provided by YP.comThe WeatherGard Windows saleswoman was polite and not pushy, and she helped me figure out what made the best sense to buy for my house, given my budget. The windows were put in by a group workers who were respectful and clean. Now I have a set of new windows that look really nice - my neighbor even came over to ask about who I had replace my old windows. Haha pay it forward you know? I tell everybody they're great.

Provided by YP.comI invited Weathergard windows, and all the other guys, to give me an estimate. I was looking for vinyl windows, so Majic was out as soon as they told me they only make fiberglass (?!?). I had expected to go with Wallside (for the price), but only because I thought all the windows were the same. The Hansons window was clearly better than the Wallside window, and when WeatherGard showed up with a sample, I realized that they're the only ones makin a window that's supposed to stay in your house for a long time. Just seeing it in person makes it so clear because it's huge and heavy.
I went with Weathergard windows, and they got everything done on time with no hiccups. Price was very reasonable. The windows themselves are great, and I'm pleased.
