Provided by YP.comI came in for a tire replacement and Dave Wagner and his staff were of utmost professionals. Dave has a massive heart and cares for his clients and staff. He allowed me the ability to stay in his lot and hook up to power while awaiting the tire replacement. I am grateful for the Quality experience at Wagner RV. I will always remember the mechanic and security guard, Greg who changed my tire and the quality human connection that was made. I came here as a traveling foreigner and I left as a friend. I recommend Wagner RV for your RV repair needs.

Provided by YP.comWhile working on our RV they stole my battery to use elsewhere. Every repair they made had to be redone correctly by another repair service. They caused damage by hooking the batteries up incorrectly which caused us to break down and be towed home. They were pre-paid and never made it right. There's more...much more...but you get the idea.

Provided by YP.comMy first vacation from the Northwest in years was going badly. I broke down in the middle of nowhere, near Landers. A passerby gave me Wagner's number. Even though busy he sent a man over 30 miles to diagnose my problem. Broken water pump shaft, destroyed belt, bad fan clutch.
I camped off road overnight and next day, there they were, on time and prepared.
A few hours later, I was on the road.
No sweat, no hassle.
Wagner RV know their stuff. Good work at a reasonable price.

Provided by YP.comI had a problen on Hwy 62 and limped in to Wagners shop. Took no time at all to fix my issue (fuel filter and bad spark plug). While waiting they also adjusted my generator. Good prices. Fat little dog. Cute.

Provided by YP.comRequested generator repair and while they made a service call, they did not complete the repair which resulted in no use of our generator 2 hours after they left. After many weeks of calls, cancelled apps and promising to stand behind their work and customer service - they agreed to refund the monies paid. Now 2 weeks later there is no payment and again we as customers are the ones following up with this business on the status. AS much as I thought I could stand behind the customer service which is so important these days - this is not the case for this business.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I got interested in a NUMAR coach Dave Wagner said would be sold as part of a lien sale through DMV... we kept up with the information, often asking when the sale was to be held. We even made sure we had a Bank Check made out in his name as per the rules for DMV lien sales. We kept asking when it was going to be so that we could show up and bid for the rig....Instead of informing us he had the coach moved and apparently has sold it without letting us know. Our bid would have been substantial.... why did he sideline our interest? I would say that if this is the way he conducts business the general public should be aware of his actions.

Provided by YP.comHave not been called back and waiting for generator to be repaired over a week. I am just going to go get the RV and get out of there. I have heard I will call you in 15 minutes once too many times with no calls back.
