This is a shady place. We got a preapproval from their finance place and had to fill out a few papers. We turned the papers back into the secretary here and we were reassured they would be sent to the finance company. A couple days later we got a call saying that we didn't make as much money as the finance place had figured (idk how that's possible seems how they had check stubs) and that they were going to try to figure out something in accordance with the park. Well, a few weeks went past and we didn't hear anything. Couple days later we got a letter in the mail from the finance place saying none of the papers had been turned in. So obviously the park was feeding us a line of bs. Mind you the income we have is well enough to get approved for a trailer park, yet we "got denied". A lot of shady people and homes in this place.

Make enough money but won't rent to us..I'm sure if we were living off government then we wouldn't have a problem moving in.

They say we make plenty of money to rent out a home in here but credit is No Good..really, but I'm sure if I didn't have a job and was on government help they would have No problem letting us move in. There is more to the story then they let on!
