At the moment I'm still having to deal with them. I had my car towed in there four days ago as of right now to be diagnosed for some warning lights that had come on. I was saying coerced into getting the car serviced they told me it was low on oil and was black which it was not. It was checked that morning before the car was ever cranked. And it progressed on to anything from you need your oil change before we can diagnose it to you may have a wiring shortage problem so far I've yet to know what's wrong with my car. I have been laughed at and snickered upon by a man named Jason out of the repair part of the dealership! I chose this particular place because my stepdad had nothing but good things to say about the owner Jeff. I can honestly say I will probably never use this business again

Hagan's parts department had a NOS MOPAR strut for my rare 1991 Dodge Spirit R/T. I asked Eric and the General Manager Robert, to verify that the part was the correct strut by checking the number inscribed on it - before I made my purchase. They and the ladies in the billing department were extremely helpful. I still need to find another strut #4626050, but being able to purchase one from Hagan's Chrysler Dodge is a good start toward restoring my rare car. THANKS SO MUCH!

I just bought a truck and got a free deer rifle, can't wait to hit the woods and with my new truck and my new gun. These guys priced me cheaper than Superior in conway and gave me a gun!!

I bought a new truck from them and had a blow out after 6000 miles. The only response i got from service department was "we don't cover tires." I emailed the the dealership a couple of times and they never responded. Great customer service or caring about the customer, I think not!!! I would recommend buying anywhere but here.
