Hired to do a concrete driveway, patio, and walkway from patio to garage. EVERY step of the way he screwed up something including pulling the old apron out without saw cutting and almost brought the garage down on my husbands head. He didn't complete the job 6 weeks in, (we were promised it would be done in 2 weeks) yet wanted to be paid for the repair for the garage, and the front porch and walkway that he tore out without an agreement to replace these items, BEFORE he was done with the original contracted work. When we refused to pay him the concrete company collector showed up the next day to get paid since Precision wrote them a bad check. He then placed a mechanics lien on our house for $49,000 when we only owed him $5500. We had to pay 2 concrete suppliers and have our walkway completed, fix our yard, replace the front porch and walkway. Then he has the audacity to sue us for non-payment and defamation and multiple other bogus claims which cost us more money. I'm grateful for a Great Attorney but I wouldn't wish this headache on anyone. This is just some of the things we had to go through, and I'm aware of Many others that is in litigation with. Our cases (yes 2) were dismissed but we paid for an attorney and it took over a year to resolve.
Please take my advise. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I don't care how nice he seems! He's a CONMAN!
