This would be a 0 if it were possible. We ordered a $700 rug from this store that took 3 weeks to come in. When we went to pick it up, the plastic protective covering was ripped at the top and bottom and our cream rug was grey from dirt and oil in the warehouse. They tried to push us out the door with this rug!!!!!!!! Yea, that didn't happen! So, we thought one mistake, no big deal. WRONG! We went back in and ordered a new fridge. The appliance associate "Rich" was told 7 times we needed a 33". We chose this fridge because it was one of the few that came in the size we need. Delivery was a week later and guess what?! They brought a 36". We refused the delivery and called the store and were pushed around to 2 different managers, Jeff and Joey. We were told we would be receiving a refund and they would call us Monday to resolve the situation and let us know when we would have the new fridge delivered. Not good enough, considering we had sold our old fridge that morning and ALL of our food went sour! So they brought a loaner fridge at 8pm that night. We received a call Monday from the associate, Rich, NOT A MANAGER! informing us that we needed to pay $3000 for the size difference! No joke! I told him that was not going to happen and hung up. I then called to speak to a manager and the manager, Lee, took the same stance. Needless to say, I am on hold with Home Depot's corporate office. DO NOT SHOP THIS HOME DEPOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
