I just called and they answered!! She was very friendly and sociable. Which could be the reason the phone is busy because she is nice. It’s a lot better than talking to some old grouchy person or a computer!!! In my opinion.

For a business that says its open from 8-12 5 days a week, they sure are closed an awful lot. Its 10:30 on a Tuesday. I've walked across town to pay my water bill. They're closed. This has happened so many times, I've lost count. I would drop off my bill in money order form but I've heard so many stories about them "never receiving payment" that I can't in good conscious do it. I just want to be able to rely on city hall to be open when they say they're going to be.

This is seriously one of the worst city halls I have ever ran into. Their number is either constantly busy or nobody is there to answer your call. I am very disappointed that I have such a crappy city hall........:(
