Very, very pleased with the service I received. Tim came out and had the parts right in the van and was able to fix my refrigerator immediately. I will definitely use them again and will tell all my friends as well.

I cannot understand the bad reviews.

Tim, the owner, took my call on Sunday. Came on time the next day, and called before coming. Was very professional. Suggested the less expensive of two possible repairs, and charged way less than Sears (for a previous service call on a different appliance)

I feel my experience with this company warrants Better Business Bureau to get involved. Don't be fooled by "50 years of service."

I concur with other respondent. Damn, I wish I read this first. Just as mad at myself as I am this company Now.

Stay away part cost 77..00 retail they probably paid 40.00 charged me 177.00 about 100 dollars for 5 to 8 minutes work it took him longer to write up the bill
