Called me immedeately after I submitted an internet request

I had another offer on the table and 1st metro was not willing to show what their best offer was. Instead they wanted me to submit all information in order to being able to beat the other offer. Very unprofessional. Show what your best offer is upfront if you claim you can beat others and don't waste peoples time.

Thank you for your comment. It is our policy to get basic information from our clients before providing them with a program. This way, we ensure people actually qualify for the program we are presenting them. Programs vary greatly based on credit score, loan to value, and debt to income ratio, so we prefer to be careful ensuring that we never over promise. A Truly Easy Refinance!

---I went online to search for a mortgage and submitted my information to a website that promised quotes from 4 reputable banks. The first company that responded was 1st Metropolitan Mortgage. My "loan officer" approved me for a loan in less than an hour, promised the best service in the industry, and delivered on both. I shopped around with the other companies that called me and I also contacted my local bank, but 1st Metropolitan made me feel like I was their most important client. My loan officer answered the phone everytime I called (something other mortgage companies never seem to do), gave me her cell phone number, and was even available to me when I had a question over the weekend. I closed my loan in less than 3 weeks and the closing agent came right to my office for the closing. The program was exactly what they had promised from day 1!
