I had a pleasant experience and the people were very nice.

I visited Aesthetic Smiles after it was recommended when I moved to Morristown. I have since moved away, but continue to make the drive (almost 20 minutes!). This is a great place. Definitely not your typical, unwelcoming dental office with year-old magazines. Very comfortable amenities, HDTVs in your hygienists room, and they're ALWAYS on time. Don't be more than 10 minutes late, or they'll reschedule you. I love that about a medical facility! I can go for an 1PM appt, and be seen AT 1:00!



I was recommended by a friend who insisted on my scheduling with Mary. She's the best hygienest there, but they're all great. Friendly, helpful, and I always feel like a learn a little about good mouth care while I'm visiting for my 2x annual checkup.

I decided to go to Aesthetic Smiles of New Jersey after a co-worker couldn't stop raving about them. They are so fantastic that I go there even though my visits are not fully covered by my insurance company. They're friendly, have state-of-the-art technology, a very gentle staff, great facilities including TVs above your exam chair, and every time I go, I have a great experience. Mary, my Hygienist, is the best - she's super friendly and I look forward to visiting her!

I have been receiving treatment here for many years. Even though i have moved away i still take the hike to make my appointments. They have great professional service and are very efficient with everything they do.

The hygenists are professional and courteous, and let you know what's coming next during your exam and cleaning. I have a BIG dentist phobia. The Drs and hygenists were very sensitive and respectful and made the appoint a lot less stressful than I thought.

Dr. Romano is offering great discounts to BHS graduates. No all kidding aside, very professional and thorough service. Dana is great-love the parrafin!

I have been going to aesthetic smiles for 5 years now. They have the best customer service, and it is gorgeous inside. I never have to wait, they are always running on time. The hygenists, office staff and Dr.s are great! I have rec'd them to others before. Only downfall is they don't have night appointments so I usually have to schedule during my workday. Other than that they are great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Romano's for over 20 years. There is a reason. He, his associate, Dr. Vaccaro, and his staff are, without exception, outstanding. From reception on, you will be greeted and treated with courtesy and professionalism. Appointment times are respected - none of that endless waiting you might be used to elsewhere! The dental hygienists are fabulous (Mary treats me as if I were her only patient and better yet - as her friend!) and the office is modern and state-of-the-art. I have never worried about having any "work" done. It is never painful. Aesthetic Smiles is the group for you if you want to be treated quickly, professionally and expect a fantastic result. Whether it be a routine cleaning or major restorative work, I have and continue to recommend them to everyone without hesitation!

I am 81 years old and even worked for a dentist most my life. Dr Vacarro is the best densits I ever had!



I moved up here from Florida 2 years ago when my husband had a stroke.



We recently went to dentist and met Dr Vacarro and Mary and Lisa... They were so nice and friendly and they treated my husband with such care. I left with a fresh mouth and a warm heart!

The office is exceptionally clean and has latest equipment and technology for dentistry and cosmetics.



Staff is friendly and professional and there is free coffee!



Best dentists in NJ

I think my family was Dr. Romano's #10 and #11th patients. We have had Mary as our Dental Hygienist for at least 15 years and she is simply the best. The others in the office are equally talented and pleasant, but we would never change from Mary.



We never have to wait, flexible. Friendly, remember us, and Mary is pain free, and so pleasant it makes me wish I could get my teath cleaned more often.



Since there are now two Dentists there, it is even easier to see them and Dr. Romano is always at the front of new technology. Even when something has to be done to my teeth with a drill or worse, it is still painless and quick.



I expect i will be going to Dr. Romano until he makes my dentures should he be practicing that long. Gary B.

I have had so many unpleasant dental visits in my life that I got sick at the thought of going. Aesthetic Smiles has changed all that. I actually look forward to my visits now.
