Very difficult to work with because they are so afraid of not being paid !!! Had to go to State Insurance & Banking dept for an Obudsman to help us out. They demanded a check one day while insurance investigation coverage was pending & my daughter was dying so I wrote a check out for $500.00. Eventually, before my daughter died, she was transferred over to the hospital & went into Hospice care but they did not have the right to that $500.00 State of NJ
wrote them a letter to give it back to us but they never did. I tried but there were so many other things that we had to do at that time, I wrote them letters that they ignored. Care was just OK but I would suggest having a Social Worker with you before you sign any papers.
