I really like this gym. I work in the area so it is perfect for before or after work and the occasional class during lunch. Everyone is really friendly. The front desk people remembered my name after I started going there within the first week. I have only taken spin classes but my friends say the other classes are really fun too. The trainers are all nice and very helpful when you have questions.



It is a gym not a spa. If you are looking for fancy then go to lifetime, but if are looking for a great workout and a lot of different machines/free weights then come here.



They have power lifting area, rope area, cardio, and what I like to call the adult jungle gym.



The gym also keeps updating their class schedule. So there are some new classes and new times out there.



The gym works for me. I used to be a member of lifetime and changed to this gym because it fit my schedule better.

This gym is awesome. Friendly & helpful staff. Gym is always neat & clean. Classes are fun.
