People who put this place down just don't know what they are talking about! I have been a customer there for almost 5 years, and EVERY time I need something they are most helpful. If I am put on hold I patiently wait because I have been in there and they are BOMBED most of the time. It is just human to forget someone is on hold, that doesn't make them a bad store....I absolutely would let the guys (and gal) at Aarons wait on me in the future and would reccommend them to my friends and family! They are AWESOME!! And I don't lie!!

first of all i have to talk to a person that doesn;t speak the english language very well, then i am put on hold when i ask a question. I have to hang up and call back because he forgot me on hold. The same guy answers again, then he says the person that can help me is gone to the bank. I am calling corporate because no one has called me back yet. It's been two working days. Think twice before going here, it wasn't this way when i got my furniture, three months ago!!!
