Please, if you love your pets, do NOT use this place!!! They are awful. My dog has went here multiple times and this last time the woman grooming her called my mom to let her know she needed to be picked up because, her words not mine, is being a "pain in my a**". A simple "your pet is being unruly" would have sufficed. We go to pick up my dog and the woman claims they have always had problems with her in the past. Which is a complete lie, they always talk about how good of a dog she is. I grabbed my dog and she was climbing all over me in complete fear. She has never acted that way before. She told my mom on the phone it would cost $30. My mom gave her $40 and needed change back and she refused to give it to her. She told us that the usual grooming is more than $40. Yet, another lie. We have NEVER paid more than $30 for her to be groomed. My dog has had a history of groomers beating her and this is similar to how she has acted before. I am not accusing the woman of beating my dog but something is not right. It is a very unprofessional business with very unprofessional employees. Our business with Animal House is DONE as of today!
