I called Bill and he made an appointment to come out and fix my backed up kitchen sink. He never showed and told me he forgot it when I called to see what was going on. We set up another appointment; again a no show. He finally told me to call him on Saturday morning so I did and no one ever answered and again, a no-show. Bill is a liar!! Gene in Thorn Hill, TN

Didn’t show up after promising they would, not once but twice. Would never use this business. Can anyone recommend a plumber ?

Was able to see us the same day. Very kind, and explained everything to us as he worked. He gave us a few pointers to help us keep the issue from happening again. I would recommend him to anyone.

I called Mr. Bill Waddell yesterday evening to see what I could do about the pipes being clogged. He asked me a few questions and said he would call me in the morning. The next morning I got a call from Mr. Bill Waddell he told me he was on his way. He was here at 9:40am. I’m new in town and every person I called wanted to charge me 225 or more just to come out to see what the problem was. Mr. Bill Waddell was very reasonable with price and very skilled and professional. I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a plumber.

Not opened 24 hours,tells you he will call you then never calls.Called at 10:10 on Sept.29,2016,he told that he would be there in 1 hour.He then called back at 4:20 and asked if still wanted him to come.Would not recommend this plumber!!!!!!!

We only have one toilet in the house and the pump broke. We called Bill Waddell and with in an hour he was at our house

And fixed it right up and for a very reasonable price considering it was almost 6pm on Sunday. We greatly appreciated what he did for us.

My wife and I called Bill Waddell this morning and he had a guy here the same day. His service technician was very skilled and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I have used Mr. Waddell several times over the years. When everyone else in town wants to charge $150.00 or better just to come out on the weekend, Mr. Bill Waddell was very reasonable with great work to boot. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs a plumber. He's the only one I ever use.

Called Mr. Waddell on a Sunday around 7 PM with a clogged toliet. When I explained that we only had one bathroom he was at our house within 30 minutes. Because it was the weekend I was expecting to pay a premium price. I was pleasantly surprised when it came time to pay. Mr. Waddell is a HERO at our house. He is extremely knowledgable, clean service and courteous. I would recommend him to everyone that has a plumbing problem.
