I've been to this pet store 3 times and each time the majority of pets (crabs without sponge water included) had No Water!
When I asked about the lack of water the same scenario by employees " They keep tipping over their water" but I'd reply the bowls are to heavy to tip over.

The rudest employees I have ever met at a pet store! This place is horrible and needs to be ran by better people. They manage they're fish horribly. The fish always have filthy and cloudy water. I would give zero stars if possible! Horrible place!

Selling mini pigs (meaning the can easily reach 200+ lbs, is NOT OK!!!

Marketing them in a ferret, rabbit or guinea pig glass tank, is NOT OK. It puts the thought in customers minds that they will remain small. They WILL NOT!!!

This facility purchases these standard potbelly miniature pigs from local breeders and when you ask questions, it's all sketchy as if information is hidden. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THE SELLING OF THESE EXOTIC VERY high maintenance & expensive to care for animals. The pigs that were in this store yesterday WERE NOT even old enough to be taken away from their mother. At 8 weeks, 2 of these pigs would not be in the glass box-guaranteed.

Please research-have the answers-if you do your research, you will change your mind about shopping here at all. This is sad. It's neglectful and inhumane. Charging $399.00 & getting NO education shows you this is a money driven corporation. Please don't fall for this. Believe what I'm saying or not- if not, just allow my words to cause you to at least look into this information. What this place or any pet STORE is doing, by selling these pigs, is wrong on many levels. Not only is it a disservice to the lives of these very intelligent animals, but to you as a consumer.

It's Carousel Pets in College Square Mall in Morristown, TN. We've had the same problem for years with Russell Feed & Supply stores in Fort Worth, TX. They sell 2-3 week old early weaned piglets as "Special Micro-Mini " pigs that are expected to be "only 30lbs." at maturity, with no Health Records or papers of any kind. There is an arrangement between the corporate offices and local breeders. This practice not only goes on almost everywhere locally, but most of the major "tiny" pig breeders selling online intentionally pull pigs only days to a week old from the sows, shipping them throughout the US with milk replacer, lying to the buyers by telling them that it "helps the bonding experience." Early weaning only makes the piglet at risk for malnutrition, illness, and creates more work and heartache for the buyer. These pigs predictably often have behavioral and health problems as they mature.

The largest pet store in a mall that I have ever seen. They have a large selection of pets and a HUGE selection of the newest products. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

worst pet store i have been too,they had mislabled betta fish as more expensive onse x factor crooked scaled ones as dragon scale, delta tails as half moons 2 of them were dying and another one in discolored water when we pointed it out the "fish guy" told us we were wrong and fish love living in dirty water, I wonder how many fish they murder a week at this store probably a ton, and they have a no refund only exchange policy so you can trade your dead fish for another sick and dying one...............if it was possible i wouldn't even give this store a star
