Provided by YP.comI just wanted to let everyone know what a terrible experience I had at the Gallaher View & Kingston Pike location. I took my wedding gown to them to be altered. When I got it back, it looked horrible. The embellishment on the dress did not match what was already there, and said she did not know how to make it look the same. They let it out, even though it was not needed. The belt was 1/2 inches off from the train. Then, they said that they did not know that I needed a bustle to prevent my dress from getting dirty. They reluctantly gave me any reimbursement toward the shoddy job that they did. If anyone has formal wear to be altered, I would highly reccommend going elsewhere.
