Very disappointed. Service was lousy. Seems as if portions have been reduced. Two of us ordered onion rings and got 3 each. Three different servers waited on us or attempted to and neither was aware of what the others were doing. This place started out as a top notch dining experience but the last two visits have been disappointing

Great place to eat. I had steak and my dad had the ribs. Both were wonderful. Def will refer this place to friend and family.

Arrived for Father's Day dinner; signed in. we did not have text so hostess offered to call us in from in front in about 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later I checked and was informed the "Potter party" was already seated. No we were not. "Oh, that was a party of 7 and you are only 2; we'll seat you right away". Our waitress arrived, took our order and we never saw her again yet she stopped at the table next to us a total of 7 times that I counted. I had to ask another woman with a headphone to refill my husband's coffee and check on our order. It was a disappointment. My husband said his dinner was "ok"; my fajitas were bland. I asked for salsa or hot sauce from yet another person (still hadn't seen our waitress at our table) and before bringing some Tobasco commented "Generally people only use the pico de gallo". I was a retail district manager for many years and would never have accepted such poor customer service from my reps. Very disappointed.
