Been a member over 15yrs. Service has become pathetic since a new loan manager was appointed in Morristown branch. They have lost my business and respect go to ORNL and be treated with respect with excellent APR% on loans when LCU won't even approve you!

become a member there if your looking for a great place to deal with. there great to deal with and if you go be sure to talk with a lady names SHANDI HILL she's fantastic to work with you on anything. all my family and friends that have gone there have dealt with her and had nothing but praise for her. plus they have good rates alot better than some of the other credit unions i have dealt with. everytime i go i always ask for SHANDI HILL and she takes care of anything i need help with. a happy customer for life
