Provided by YPmobileThis used to be our primary hospital, but no longer. We will use Lakeway for extreme emergencies and Jefferson Memorial fir everything else. I recently had a Gall Bladder issue with extreme pain and we went to M-H. They made us sit there with me in excruciating pain for two hours before taking us back and giving me something for pain. This was only because I was on my way out the door, heading to Lakeway. There was nobody else in the ER waiting room in pain like I was, yet they insisted on taking people back in the order of arrival rather than severity of medical condition. That just doesn't make sense. I suppose a gunshot victim would be waiting too?! Then we spent another 5 hours in the ER room and saw a DR about once an hour. We had our small children who needed to be in school in the morning and finally left about 11 PM.

Provided by YP.comI was treated for an intestinal blockage at this hospital. I received excellent care. While I was there, I watched a lot of television. I had an ileus and because of this, I was hospitalized there. My illness caused me not to be able to eat or drink for over a week. When I was finally able to eat, I ate seven meals there. Even though I was sick, I had a good experience at this hospital and was treated well by the staff.
