I am a 57 year old retired black woman who walks with the aid of crutches & braces. I recently lost weight and had always like their style of clothes for the mature woman. I decided to go in and shop for an outfit. I had no purse nor loose clothing on so I was stunned when the manger was profiling Me. At first I didn't notice but my niece did. I only saw that as we were walking out the manger with a scold on her face was peering at us behind the clothes. As we moved she would move & continued staring. When I looked at her in puzzlement she jumps out saying can I help you? I guess she realized how obvious this was so she tried to play it off. If she had not let it be known she worked there I would have thought she was a customer then it dawn on me after her admission that she literally was watching us. As we were leaving I told my niece I think we were profiled & she said yeah she was following is the whole time. Needless to say I will never go to Chico's at Park West again. So sad.
