I can honestly say I have only written one review, ever, for a company, but I felt compelled to take a moment and commend the crew at Lyon's. We had previously paid way too much for emergency septic service with another company. We called Lyon's on Tuesday morning at 8a and by 11:30am the crew had arrived and finished the job. They were professional, helpful and left no mess behind. Shortly after the crew left, Greg, the owner, called to see how it went. As a fellow local business owner, we know the importance of and appreciate great customer service and quick response. They had the best rates too and weren't afraid to quote me on the phone. Thank you to the whole team at Lyon's.

Lyons Septic has been fantastic to us! They offered us a great price, got the job done quickly, and worked really well with us as we coordinated several houses' tank pumpings in a single day. Greg Lyons is super easy to get in touch with, responds quickly, and is more than willing than answer any and all questions about the process. Fantastic work and expert service--I highly recommend!

i would like to know around how much they charge homeowners in case the tank is overfull or need a dump out...

By far the best septic tank service contractor in the Triangle! Honest, reliable, and dependable. Called with an issue on a Wednesday evening and it was resolved Thursday morning. These guys are first class!

Greg from Lyons came today as scheduled and took care of pumping our septic tank. Great service and great price.

I wanted to just write even though I have not used them before but they were really nice. I called different places and these guys did not work in my area BUT they were willing to come out to help me anyway if I needed them. I did however get someone closer so they did not have to come all the way out but wanted to thank them anyway and will call if I do ever need them. Highly recommend them. Very polite and professional over the phone. And their price for my need was very reasonable:)

I would recommend Lyons to anyone! I called late Friday evening and he showed up first thing Saturday morning. Very courteous and professional. Took the time to explain the problem and tell me what he needed to do to fix it. Very knowledgable guy. Call these guys with the upmost confidence that they will take care of you!

I am very impressed! Great price and very friendly people. I was amazed how quick it took too! I love that they are a family owned business and really care about their customers. I will be telling all my family, friends, and neighbors about them!!!

I called Lyons at about 4pm on a Saturday when I noticed my toilets backing up and he was at my house within a couple of hours to get me fixed up. Did great work and was really nice on the phone.
