Don't buy cell phone in this place. Very poor service quality in cell phone session.



I got my AT&T phone/plan last month in that place. Horrible experience...one employee told me there was a promotion would end soon. So I decided to bug my phone immediately. However, after they deactivated my previous phone, another employee told me the promotion was only available the day after. I asked for the previous employee who delivered the wrong message. She already left. I talked to the manager, who claimed his employees would never did something wrong like this, but actually she did. If she was so professional like her manager claimed, the only explanation is SAM's CLUB employees LIE to customers. Anyway, they left the problem to me and did nothing.



I also noticed one lady uses scissors to pry open back cover to install battery. I noticed there was a tiny dent caused by that. Upon asking, she claimed she did that all day long. Don't get the phone from this place.
