Don't go to this store. I NEVER write reviews for anything because I am a very easy going and laid back person. So I'm very easy to please, however this was the worst encounter I have ever had with any customer service. The blonde lady that works there is the saddest excuse of an employee that I have ever seen. I had to return a total of three times and I have still yet to receive payment for them buying out my previous contract. The first time I went there they made no mention of what we needed for them to buyout the contract. i.e they need proof of the amount. so I had to return a second time, this time I had all the information. The blonde lady "faxed" it off, and I even needed a replacement screen cover (still haven't got that yet either). Apparently she did absolutely nothing she said she did. and she walked out to smoke a cigarette before we were officially done with business. Leaving a trainee there, and another guy who was watching a movie on an iPad and listening to music. The THIRD time my girlfriend went there she said a guy helped her and he seemed to know what he was doing. It has still been over a month and no sign of any payment has been mailed to me. I went there again today and the blonde lady was seemingly running late for work and I waited about 30 mins while the only other employee there was with another customer. finally I left because I decided I will never be going back to this location. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. I am only giving it one star because it won't allow me to give it none at all. Terrible service
