I had been here for 16 years and never missed a payment. Then one month i missed and was in court getting ready to be kicked out. They changed so many owners n these knew owners are the worse ppl ever.money hungry ppl. Very rude ignorant and judgmental.i can't wait to get out of here. I wish i knew before i took over.the mortgage and rent to live on there plot is crazy.they said ten years ago lot rent would never go up. It was five hundred its now 775. Crazy huh.some places were houses are located they worry about our grass or house or trees but other homes are a disgrace dirty falling apart. N the drugs needles ever where especially wawa. So many drug houses.pot bags every where u look. Stop worrying about bushes and worry about your drug infested park.each section haves three or more dealers. Trap houses. Houses with stolen car parts,tvs from ppls homes.kids bikes stolen from the back yard. Basically don't move in here. They call it the TRAP cause once your in.. you're never getting out and paying tons of money to live here so you can get robbed. Kids can get drugs from any section. Or everything can be stolen even things that decorated your yard,your front porch, flags, anything. IT'S NOT WORTH IT AND THE COPS DON'T CARE NOR DOES THE OFFICE. WASTE WASTE WASTE
