The moment I stepped foot inside I was made to feel welcomed by Stacy and others. I told Stacy I wanted to look at some adjustable bed bases/mattresses. She took me to that section and explained how she would like to perform a mattress test. About 2 mattresses/3 pillows later for the first time I had an understanding of my firmness preference. About 7 mattresses later we found a mattress that was within my budget and relived my aggregated nerve pain. I'm currently having back pain from my sciatica nerves. Good customer service is nice, but great customer service can change lives. Thanks Stacy Toney.

My experience with this store was awesome! The salesperson Jabari Ross was the best!!! He greeted me upon entering the store and asked if he could help me. He was great! I changed my mind about what I wanted to buy several times and he was so patient even though he had to write up my order more than once. I will definitely be buying more furniture soon. Ask for Jabari, you will be glad you did! I don't understand why some people wrote anything negative about this store. It's rare to get this customer service now days. So happy I bought my furniture at this store!!!

They management is very unprofessional, they tell you to expect a call back regarding your issue. That call never comes....I'm still waiting, this is a POOR example of leadership role in a Managerial field.
